ME VS ME a body of work exploring inner conflict, duality, unlearning codependency, and the search for a sense of home within. Presented in an intimate space hosted by FOFAH, the exhibition marked a turning point in MUMBY’s practice.

Moving from painting through observation to painting through emotion, the work reflects a shift in process. What began as a meditative act of working from reference gradually became emotionally driven. Me vs Me emerged from that transition, where emotion no longer needed escape, but became the source.
